Ingredients
1 package (3 ounces) chicken flavor ramen noodle soup
3 large eggs, divided
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon kewpie mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chili crisp
2 tablespoons green onions
Directions

1. Prepare ramen as label directs, using 3/4 the amount of water directed. In medium bowl, whisk 1 egg, garlic and mayonnaise. Stirring constantly, slowly add egg mixture into ramen in pot; cover to keep warm. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.

 

2. Heat small nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Add chili crisp; carefully crack remaining 2 eggs over chili crisp and cook 3 minutes or until egg whites are set and edges are crispy.

 

3. Serve ramen topped with eggs and any remaining chili crisp in skillet sprinkled with green onions and sesame seeds.
